Stuck inside with nothing to do? Not able to go out to the park and train? Fear not, because TheMastermindSite.com will be delivering several home training sessions over the next few weeks. Session twelve focuses primarily on first touch and finishing quickly. Coach Rhys will lead you through a series of exercises around this fun topic, a skills challenge and a brutal fitness challenge to end off. Now, enjoy this session all about first touch and finishing.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- Ball (preferably size 4)
- 2 household items (or cones) that are different colours, and will not break
- Rebounder/couch/wall/parent/sibling, etc.
- 2 targets (e.g. nets, blocks, ends of a couch, etc.)

set-up
For this session you will need a space of about 3×3-5×5. You’ll set up your two different colours at the top of your space about five steps in between and about three to five steps away from your targets and wall. You will do most of your work in between these two cones, facing the wall.
