Stuck inside with nothing to do? Not able to go out to the park and train? Fear not, because TheMastermindSite.com will be delivering several home training sessions over the next few weeks. The third of these sessions is all about dribbling, running with the ball and turning, using just four household items. Coach Rhys will lead you through a series of exercises, a skills challenge and a fitness challenge. - Ball (preferably size 4)
- 4 household items that will not break
- Water bottle
- Running shoes
- Athletic wear
For this session you will need a space of about 8×5 steps on each side. You will set up two of your items together on one side of the room with a step or two in between, then the other two items on the other side of the room with a step or two in between. The number of steps between the two pairs of items should be about three or four. Later for the obstacle course challenge, you can choose to add in additional household items, making sure that they are things that will not break.
Feel free to pause the video at any time to assess crucial steps to execute various skills and techniques. Take your time doing the challenges and don’t worry about being perfect.
