For those wishing to redistribute any content found on TheMastermindSite.com, these are the Terms of Use.

Redistribution: All editorial content is the intellectual property of TheMastermindSite.com and Rhys Desmond, unless otherwise posted by a different named writer. Content is not allowed to be redistributed through unaffiliated websites, social media accounts, YouTube channels or any audio, visual, or written form without permission. After a permission, a maximum of 250 words and/or one single image can be redistributed so long as these steps are taken – crediting author, website and linking back to the original content on TheMastermindSite.com. The redistributor is not in any circumstance allowed to claim false ownership for the product. You may not use content in any way that allows others to download, extract or redistribute content as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use). Those wishing to use content found on TheMastermindSite.com beyond these terms must contact us to discuss purchasing a licensing fee and be given permission to use our content before redistributing.

Social Media Usage: All content can be redistributed on social media via the link and/or a single quote. Unaffiliated social media accounts are prohibited from reproducing any content found on TheMastermindSite.com, through their own accounts such as in threads or posts. A license to copy and paste our articles into unaffiliated social media accounts can be purchased upon request.

Commercial Use: Commercial use of any content on TheMastermindSite.com, including but not limited to articles, media, ebooks, and biographies, is prohibited, unless the redistributor purchases a license. Following purchase of a license, the content may not be used in any way that allows others to download, extract or redistribute content as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use).

Specific Notice to Total Football Analysis

Effective October 4, 2026

Total Football Analysis (“TFA”), including its owners, editors, contributors, authors, AI authors, contractors, and affiliates are expressly prohibited from using, reproducing, adapting, republishing, incorporating, or otherwise making use of TMS’s original editorial work without prior written permission from Rhys Desmond.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether TMS (TheMastermindSite.com) material is used in whole or in part and includes, without limitation:

directly copying or reproducing TMS text;
reproducing substantial portions or distinctive passages of TMS articles;
paraphrasing or closely adapting TMS’s original written analysis;
incorporating TMS’s original analysis, structure, sequencing, examples, interpretations, or distinctive editorial framing into TFA content;
using TMS articles as a source, reference, research material, or editorial basis for TFA articles;
quoting, citing, linking to, or otherwise attributing TMS content in TFA publications without written permission;
using TMS content to develop, prepare, outline, or substantively inform an article, analysis, scouting report, or other publication for TFA; and
using TMS content in any other manner that would constitute an unauthorized use of TMS’s copyrighted material

Attribution does not constitute permission. A hyperlink, citation, credit, quotation, or reference to TheMastermindSite.com does not grant TFA permission to use TMS’s copyrighted material.

Likewise, TFA may not avoid this restriction by substantially rewriting, rearranging, paraphrasing, or otherwise adapting TMS’s original written expression in a manner that reproduces a substantial part of that work, including its distinctive wording, explanations, analysis, examples, or editorial presentation.

TFA is expressly denied permission to use TMS content for editorial, commercial, research, or publication purposes.

This notice does not claim ownership of underlying facts, publicly available match events, player statistics originating from independent sources, football terminology, tactical concepts, or ideas that are not themselves protected by copyright.

However, the particular expression, analysis, arrangement, selection, examples, explanations, written language, and editorial presentation created by TMS remain protected and may not be reproduced or closely adapted without permission.

TFA remains responsible for developing its own original reporting, analysis, commentary, and editorial work independently rather than using TMS publications as a source or editorial foundation.

Unauthorized use of TMS material may result in legal action, including requests for removal, copyright complaints to relevant service providers and search engines, formal notices, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
