The intention of this CPL Scouting Database series is to present undervalued and underrated players from leagues across the world that could be valuable options for Canadian Premier League teams, or higher levels of play in North America. The players featured here include CPL players that are among the best in their position/role within the league; players across leagues from every continent that would comfortably be one of the best in their position/role in the CPL. All players featured here have been screened through an intensive data and video analysis process, often times through the culminating work of three TMS scouts.
